The 505 Youth features dual extractors, positive steel-to-steel lockup, twin action bars, and an anti-jam elevator to ensure smooth operation. Top mounted safety provides for ambidextrous operation.
The EZ-Reach forearm (20 gauge model only) is conveniently located closer to the shooter for easier cycling operation. Reduced dimensions and lighter weights mean more control, with better results and a more enjoyable shooting experience for young hunters.
Mossberg’s Super Bantam adjustable stock is an innovative solution to the changing needs of growing shooters. Straight out of the box, the Super Bantam has a 10.5” LOP. Later, when the shooter has outgrown the smaller dimension, the included insert can be added, extending the length of pull by an extra inch. This comes from Mossberg’s dedication to the youth market, and is another example of how Mossberg delivers “more gun for the money.”
